Bibi Maryam, daughter of Sharif Khan, and her son (son of the late Asad Allah Bayg) sell some orchards to Karbalayi Haydar and Husayn Jan, sons of the late Mashhadi, in exchange for sixty-four tumans. Tax and other expenses are the responsibility of the buyers and the detriment fee is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Settlement between Mashhadi Ahmad Razzaz [rice dealer] (with the power of attorney given to him by his sister, Khanum ‘Azra), son of the late Haji Muhammad Kazim Razzaz from Shiraz, and his son, ‘Aziz Allah Hasir-baf [mat weaver], over a mat weaving factory (two-sixths of which belongs to Khanum ‘Azra) for three tumans a month for the duration of a year. On the margin, ‘Aziz Allah has settled some shares of the mentioned factory with another person.

The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw. Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy. The condition is that Mirza Husayn Khan endows these properties after Ghulam Husayn Khan’s death.
